3 tablespoons full-fat canned coconut milk (you will have to use the full fat canned coconut milk - the drink ready milk does not have enough fat in it to work in this recipe!)
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
a handful of chopped pistachios plus some for garnish
Preheat the oven to 175C and line a baking try (about 9x9) with baking paper or slightly grease it.
In a food processor blend the chickpeas until they form a mass. Break the eggs and mix together with the sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and lastly the chicpeas. Mix well until everything has been incorporated together. Pour the mixture on the prepared baking tray and place in the oven for about 25 minutes. Let the brownies cool for 10 minutes or so before cutting and serving.
