This is the base for all my smoothies and it tastes amazing as a health(ier) dessert as it does in the smoothies! Its super simple and takes no time to make and you can just keep it in the freezer.
What you will need is:
500 g natural yogurt
200 g condensed milk (light or sweetened)
2 tablespoons of tahini paste
Mix all ingredients together and pour into an ice cream maker. Churn until frozen and then freeze immediately. You can also do this without an ice cream maker, but the end result will be less smooth! You can either take some out for smoothies or have it as it is. In the picture I sprinkled toasted amaranth seeds for extra crunch!
